This is a wonderful home! It is located in a nice neighborhood. This home has FOUR LARGE BEDROOMS and TWO FULL BATHROOMS. There is a LARGE 16' X 32' PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL located in the completely fenced back yard. There is a custom patio set up next to the pool for your poolside use! This home will sleep up to 15 guests!

There is a public beach access located only a few blocks away. The beach features a white crystal sand beach! Very nice!

The NEW Pier Park Shopping Center is located approx 1/2 Mile East.
The home has just been updated. The Exterior of the home was recently painted. The home also has new paint through-out the interior. The painting was just completed in March 2010. - RENTAL PAYMENTS:
- A $250.00 - $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit will reserve this home for you.
- There is a $1000.00 Refundable Security Deposit for most monthly rentals and all groups under 26 yrs of age.
- THERE IS A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE, REGARDLESS OF TIME.
- ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE OR ANY FUNDS PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- FOR RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, ALL FUNDS PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- REGARDING UNPAID RENTALS: NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A FULL WEEKS RENT.
