  • A $250.00 - $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit will reserve this home for you.
  • There is a $1000.00 Refundable Security Deposit for most monthly rentals and all groups under 26 yrs of age. 
  • THERE IS A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE, REGARDLESS OF TIME.
  • ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE OR ANY FUNDS PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 
  • FOR RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, ALL FUNDS PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
  • REGARDING UNPAID RENTALS: NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A FULL WEEKS RENT.
