The great home is only 1.5 blocks to Lullwater Lake, 2 Blocks to Frank Brown Sports Complex & Aquatic Center and walking distance to the wonderful sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.

Public Swimming Pool is just 2 blocks away, at Frank Brown Sports Complex, small fee to use this pool. Olympic size swimming pool + kids pool. Walking Trails, Stocked fishing pond, for kids under 16 years of age. Tennis Courts, Basket Ball Courts. All facilities are free, except for the swimming pool.
